Core Concept
DREX CITIZEN = Currency born in the body
Each person is an emitter of social energy.
The currency is issued daily to the citizen (not to banks), anchoring value in existence, carbon, and information rather than debt.
When a citizen moves across borders:
Their DREX CITIZEN follows them.
The host nation’s central bank receives the flow automatically.
The country of origin is compensated algorithmically via an inter-central-bank reciprocity protocol.
Migration thus becomes an economic multiplier, not a fiscal burden.
Institutional Proposal
Create an Organization for Bioeconomy and Planetary Belonging (OBP) to coordinate:
Certification of central banks able to issue or host DREX CITIZEN.

Brazil + 4 Latin American partners test cross-border DREX flows via existing PIX infrastructure.
Phase 2 – Human Mobility Pilot:
Migrants receive portable DREX CITIZEN wallets; biometric/physiological data tracked under informed consent to assess well-being and trust.

Launch OBP digital governance layer for CBDC reciprocity, carbon indexing, and open-source transparency dashboard.
